  1. Siapkan 1 bgks of tahu putih kurleb 6 potong.

  1. Haluskan : duo bawang, kemiri dan ketumbar bubuk.
  2. Rebus tahu beserta bumbu halus, air asam jawa, gula merah, daun salam, sereh, beri kecap manis dg air kelapa/air biasa hingga tahu terendam, beri penyedap, garam dan gula. Koreksi rasa. Masak hingga air memyusut.
  3. Stelah air menyusut, tiriskan tahu biar kan dingin, lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan. Selamat mencoba.
